I will need to sort through my cupboards to see if I have anything that will fit this challenge.
I have found a cracker amongst my rubber stamps, so that card is in the planning process. I also have found some backing paper with crackers on & have started a card using that - just need to find a suitable topper/embellishment for that.
Sunday 23rd January
Two cards completed......but I have had problems photographing them. It was too dark earlier,(just a dull grey day and a north east facing room) and the camera wanted to automatically switch the flash on. So I waited until it had gone properly dark and switched the daylight lamp on. Because I have used mirri card and embossed it the detail was not showing too well. One card I have left the photo for now, (will try again on a better day) and the other I have scanned in.
The first card is a diamond fold card - which I think looks like a cracker. I have used a backing paper from Cute Companions CD and a matching rubber stamp, stamped on to red mirri card and embossed with gold.
The second card I have used the same rubber stamp and added a sentiment. I could have put 3d glue behind the crackers on this card but decided to leave it flat as I will have quite a number of cards that have to go in the post.

As you see I am running really late with commenting on our Cracker Challenge so apologies for that.
Have to say you have done a wonderful job demonstrating how you can create 2 TOTALLY different cards from the same stamp - AWESOME! My favourite is also the one that has been pulled and would be tempted to tuck a wee secret message or small gift in there as an extra surprise. Thank you for sharing with us at Bah! Humbug!
