and of course it is grey, damp and misty.
I spent quite a while deciding what to make for the Christmas cards challenges - quite an assortment of challenges. Bah! Humbug! wanted cards to make you giggle. Since I don't sell my cards (& don't ever intend to attempt to) - my cards are all inflicted upon friends & family, so as I make each card I have a pretty good idea who they will be for. I don't send many funny cards as there are only a couple of people that I send cards to who find the same things funny as I do. So unless the ladies at Humbug Hall find it funny that I didn't use my cuttlebug tree folder this week - or think that Popcorn is girning - my card does not qualify for their challenge.

After changing the base card, the layout and a lot of thought - as ususal when I finally finished the card last night I wasn't happy & it almost ended in pieces in the shredder. However I left it until this morning & it didn't seem quite as dreadful after a night's rest. But being such a dark morning the light is not brilliant for taking a photo - the one with the flash reflected off the card surface & the one without looks very dark. So for the moment it is a scanned image (not a good idea when the card has layers) Since the camera battery also ran out I will leave it until weeknd to replace the scan with a photo. Hopefully it will look better then.

Hey where's the tree? Lol -hmmm maybe you used it on the inner! Seriously though Popcorn always makes me smile and I'm really glad that your card didn't end up in the shredder. I do that quite often - hating a card and then the next morning thinking well it's okay really or changing it a little so that I do like it. Sometimes we just need a new day and things look so much better.
